We’ve heard all the stereotypes, “you’ll never sleep again when you have kids” or “you’ll never have time for anything.” When we got to parenthood we were worried we’d be one of the statistics. Never sleeping, totally exhausted, and lose ourselves in the chaos of kids.

But once we actually got there, we realized a sleepless life wasn’t sustainable, and it was on us as parents to set boundaries and decide on schedules that were right for our kids. In turn, we learned how to do this in such a way that being on a strict schedule actually freed up our own time and felt ultimately liberating rather than constrictive. After a while, friends and family started coming to us for help with sleep. Before we knew it, that turned into strangers contacting us for help with sleep. And with that, a business was born!

We ultimately believe that everything that keeps a baby from sleeping well has a reason, everything is fixable, and a good schedule is the key to success. And that’s why we’re here helping you! We believe that every parent needs this knowledge and we want to help parents get to a point where they can confidently claim back their time and become confident, well rested caregivers.

Hello there!

My name is Laurenne and I am a sales professional by day and sleep guru by night (while my kids are sleeping!). I have two little boys, ages 3 and 1 years old.

Before I had kids I said “I’m going to be one of those parents who drags their kids around to everything, they’ll be the life of the party!” It’s so funny how sometimes we eat our words. My firstborn needed so much sleep and needed to be on such a strict schedule that I learned very quickly how to organize and adjust a sleep schedule for an optimal day. When my son was well rested, he was a happier kid, slept longer during sleep times, and our family was so much more at ease. Today, not only am I a big believer in a good schedule, I can teach you how to optimize your schedule to get your family to your optimal day and get you that sleep you need!

Gila Ginzburg

Hi, I’m Gila! I am a pediatrician who can’t get enough of babies or baby sleep.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I completed my MD at Technion University in Haifa, Israel. Today, I reside in Wisconsin with my own two boys, ages 4 and 2. My firstborn had a very difficult time sleeping, but with a good routine backed up by solid medical research around baby sleep, I was able to learn the in’s and out’s of a good schedule and perfected the craft by the time my second was born. Now, both kids sleep great and I get to help struggling parents create the schedules they need.
